Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
All payments made towards subscriptions,
courses, products, or services on the
SchoolFirst App are non-refundable.
Once a purchase is completed, it is
considered final and cannot be canceled,
exchanged, or refunded.
2. Digital Products & Courses
Fees paid for digital content, courses,
learning materials, or subscriptions are
strictly non-refundable.
Since access to these resources is granted
immediately after purchase, we cannot offer
any refunds under any circumstances.
3. Third-Party School Fees
Fees paid to schools or educational
institutions through the SchoolFirst App
(including tuition, activity fees, or
related payments) are also non-refundable.
SchoolFirst only facilitates the payment
process and is not responsible for
authorizing refunds.
For any refund disputes regarding
school-related payments, contact the
respective school directly.
4. Service Usage
If you stop using the app, course, or
service after purchase, no partial or
prorated refunds will be issued.
Any unused portion of a subscription or
course will not be refunded.
5. Technical Issues
Our support team will assist you with any
technical issues. However, technical
difficulties are not grounds for a refund.
6. Policy Updates
SchoolFirst reserves the right to modify
this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any
time. Updates will be displayed within the
app or on the website.
